We maybe speaking too soon but......we filmed the last scenes today :D
we got some pretty epic shots including the hall way of bodies, jack hanging from his ankles and what can I say the perry death scene that boy is a god.
So we plan to do some more editing tomorrow and add the credits with some black out writing shots :)

Not good enough for the truth in cliche
"your trailer needs about 3 or 4 corpses in it"
You heard it here folks dead bodies sell movies, so we have two dead bodies in there already (Joel and Jo)turner sed we could kill him ;) but it seems like we are going round in circles again with the deadline on friday we are going to have to dig dead to pull this one out the bag for that A grade I want :p
Tomorrow we are going to be playing.....I mean working with the fake blood so it should be some good old fashion fun :p

Basic cut!
Today we Filmed Mr Turner's 'Doctor' shots which were pretty damn good. atleast i thought, he did help us frame some shots, without looking at the camera... good stuff.
We also found out that the 'Radio mics' are pretty damn rubbish they are wayyy to strong at picking up sound, which is good in theory but when put into a shot... terrible. too loud, too annoying horrible to listen. I thought of putting them on a 'Boom' or a long stick to lift then above the character. This would give us the ability to get away from the high pitch noise from the camera, and will give good speech to work with.
So we have filmed pretty much 85% of our film WHICH IS AMAZING.
Well a few reshots will need to be done I.E Jo dieing.
and shots that we actually need to do, I.E me dieing! :D
Ms Gregory and Mr Turner actually liked it. Although Ms Gregory still thinks we need to add more depth to Matt Killing Jo. Which we are getting around too. We all agree with this so we are set on this and wish to change it.
I'm gunna act it up sooo good!

"My house" shots were filmed!!
About ruddy time! haha...............
Yeah so Me Jo and Matt went to my house today and had some tea, except for Jo. Let down! :D
So we filmed my mother talking to the doctor! (Doctor shots yet to be done)
So we shot my mother talking on the phone, this scene was scripted, which we improvised, going through what we thought the doctor would actually be saying to the mother at this stage of the film.
This was matched with the outside shots of Chase turning into Gabreil and back!
"Side Front Side" named fairly. These shots will be cut together to make matt look like hes changing back and forth verrrry quickly to display his split personality.

SO ive actually gotten around to posting some pictures!
Because i know you are oh so bored without them!
They also allow you to actually see what we are doing in our busy schedule!!
First we start with some photos of us setting up the scene for Jo's death.
This is Matt explaning how Jo should actually act in the shot.
I believe i recall "Stay still and try not to breath" This direction allowed the shot to look like Jo has just been killed, because she would be a corspe. this would generally really allow the shot and film to be slighty realistic.
This is the shot which Jo is actually dead in. This photo is documentation that we actually did it... ?
I am not really sure why this picture was taken..... Jo and her craziness i guess.
"HUG ME!" I feel represents this photos This was the "Throw photo away" shot, I had ot jump infront (not literally jump) of matt so i could direct this, seems odd but it worked. Ignore the sandwich.
Another zoomed in shot of the "Throw away photo" shot.
And with the "Soft lighting kit" came more silhouettes
And that was our most recent filming trip. Mattw as unable to do Last wednesday so we will be filming the house scene on monday.
Monday will also be host to alot more filming, i really can not remember which we said we were filming.
As of right now i think it is:
- Gregory shots (Teacher shots)
- Turner shots (Doctor shots)
- My House shots (parents shots)
- Matt walking (Around the school shots)
And possibly Matt turning into Gabriel and back to Chase in the same seat.
We have a media show case on friday!

The story needed to be explained again and this led to more and more questions.

Dead on Arrivail
JO IS DEAD!!!!! (cause I......I mean gabriel killed her)
Filming today was epic if i do say so myself :p
Today we got all the drama studio shots done
and the walking crowd scene which would of been alot easier if school pupils weren't attracted to carmers like flies to light ¬_¬ but its done so woop :D
The kill its self was made even better by some inspirational acting by Jo and some perfection editing by the group :)
I feel everything is coming together very nicely and with just Turner's, Gregory's, joel's house and joel dieing to go (long story why both Joel and Jo both have to die...maybe on another post :p) we are feeling good that this should be a high grading piece :)
Oh I almost forgot Jo and Joel found a awesome possiblity for the soundtrack which i love so its good

MOAR FILMING!
Yeah so basically Me and Matt filmed some of his appropriatly named "DOOR SCENES"
These shots were filmed to split up the classroom shots.
Gabriel was walking to the classroom, Chase enters.... Spooky!
So yeah.
this is me preping for Matts "Up the stairs shot" We chose this angle because the above shot would get, what we thought was a "out of body shot~"
We chose to shoot a "Foot Shot" which would allow the viewer to actually see him walking down the corridor. It would also allow us to get a variety of shots into the trailer.
And so the Blood talk begins again... this the blood shots are dawning on our group We have deicided to choose to test different combinations of blood. Mr Turner said that Soy sauce and Ketchup would make a good combination for the density and the darkness of human blood.
Matt speaks more on this!

DAMN IT MATT!!!!
Letting all those people past when we were filming today.....
aha........
Yeah so we filmed the "locker scene" shots today. A crucial moment in the shot, as "Gabriel" is reaching out to "Chase".
(Matt isn't asleep i swear....)
(The corridor shot itself, with a few extras... or passers-by)
it was pretty good, arm aching, since I had to hold up a jumper to block out the light.... for what felt like 10000000 minutes.
(10000000 minutes)
We used what we hear is an awesome piece of equipment (blame Ms Gregory if it turns out bad) The radio mics!!!! omg yay!~ This was to get around the noise that the camera creates, which is a high pitch "eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee" sound, very off putting, hopefully this we give us a clean sound from the characters
(Turns out we used to much of the equipment, this was a signal booster, which we needed need.)
(The mic itself, wonderfully displayed by Matt)!
After the initial fuss of setting them up we did use them well, I wanted a audio clip of Matt saying "Chase" from "Gabriel"'s point of view, so i put my down the corridor to get his voice to sound far away, but in the same setting... If you catch my drift.
Although when we set up the shot Jo wanted to use that actual clip....
we will see... ! :D
More shots will be completed on monday!
oooo! we also did Alice's Invitation hand over shot today!
We did afew shots of different areas, just to see how it was different, lighting, noise, background dressing.
We originally did it in the sixth form common room to help with the whole... community feel, and get a feel that theres not only about 10 people in our film.
The shot was pretty much a hand over of the invitation, which was... ok... we will see what it looks like what it is uploaded, NO LETTERBOXING, although i like it letterboxxed ahhaaha.......
Anyway!
Thats the most of it.
